Harry Hansen Meat Service was built on the foundation of harvesting and processing livestock. We continue to provide this service to community members - harvesting and processing cattle, hogs, and lambs. During certain parts of the year, we also process boneless wild game into a variety of sausage products.

CUSTOM PROCESSING

Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Wild Game Processing

BEEF CATTLE

Beef cattle are processed as split-sides (quarters) or halves or left as a whole. 

Custom processed beef can be purchased from a farmer who has a custom processing appointment or directly from Hansen's who purchase cattle from local farmers. 

PORK

Pigs are processed as halves or as a whole. 

Custom processed pigs can be purchased from a farmer who has a custom processing appointment or directly from Hansen's who purchase pigs from local farmers. 

LAMB

Lambs are processed as halves or as a whole. 

Custom processed lambs can only be purchased from a farmer who has a custom processing appointment.

WILD GAME

Harry Hansen's processes boneless wild game into a variety of sausage products. 

Sausage product choices require a minimum of 10 lbs. of wild game (15 lbs. if you want your meat in its own batch).
